New design crusher for PET roll film and thermoforming boxes

PET roll film and thermoforming boxes crusher with the unit for unrolling film is a machine that can crush defectives PET roll film and thermoforming boxes back to the production line.

It has 2 constructive variants crusher:
1. With twin load frames.
First - with the unit for unrolling film and crush 
second – usually load for boxes
2.Full roll film and boxes put in one frame







Features:
1. Crusher is with two feed ports. 
One on the front: it is with an auto feeder, applicable for all kinds of soft or hard runner parts that occurred during extrusion productions like casing, calendering, sheets, and board molding, etc. Usually flakes or film runners within thickness 0.02-5mm(PVC/PET/PE/PP/PS/GPPS/PMMA).
The other one on the back: It is a normal design feed port with a cover, you can close the cover when the front feed port is working. Suitable for all kinds of large-scale hollow products( plastic can/bucket/drum/pipes), leathers, PE film, PET bottles, and so on.

2. Automatic dragging materials into crushing chamber, free of human intervention; 
3. With speed adjustable motor to fit different demands;
4.Optional for auto collecting system for better storage purposes.
