In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the preform (preform) mouth is not required. It is heated, so it needs a certain cooling device to cool it;
- Compressed air drying: clean and dry compressed air is required for bottle blowing, and the water in the compressed air can be removed by using the chilled water provided by the industrial chiller as the cold source;
- Mold cooling: The chiller can accurately control the temperature of the mold, absorb heat in time, reduce the temperature of the mold cavity rapidly, accelerate the product setting, improve product quality, and improve production efficiency; failure to cool down in time will result in reduced product quality: not full, uneven wall thickness , The color is not bright, can not be formed and other defects.
Usually compressed air drying and mold cooling can use the same chiller as the cold source.
