Calculation formula for cooling capacity of industrial chiller
The main one of the selection of industrial chillers is the calculation of the cooling capacity. It is necessary to ensure that there is enough cooling capacity to control the temperature of the application equipment within the required range. But the larger the chiller, the better. Excessive cooling capacity will cause the unit High investment and high energy consumption. Scientific and reasonable calculation of cooling capacity and safety factor is our goal. When we calculate the cooling capacity of industrial chillers, the following formula will definitely be used:
Refrigeration capacity = chilled water flow × 4.187 × temperature difference × coefficient
Description: (1) Chilled water flow refers to the cold water flow required by the machine when it is working;
(2) The temperature difference refers to the temperature difference between the water entering and leaving the machine;
(3) The specific heat capacity of water is quantitative = 4.187;
(4) When choosing an air-cooled chiller, multiply the coefficient 1.3, and choose a water-cooled industrial chiller, take a coefficient of 1.1.
