• Cooling Capacity: Determine it based on the pipe’s diameter (from small drip irrigation pipes to large-diameter water supply pipes) and extrusion speed. Larger pipes or faster speeds require higher cooling capacity.
• Temperature Control Precision: The temperature fluctuation range should be controlled within ±1℃. Unstable cooling temperature will lead to inconsistent pipe performance and affect the qualification rate.
• Environmental Adaptability: Since production workshops (especially those for large pipes) may have high ambient temperatures, select a chiller with strong high-temperature resistance (usually suitable for ambient temperatures of 35-45℃) to avoid reduced cooling efficiency.
