A Ukraine PVC doors and windows manufacturer bought an air-cooled chiller for water cooling of die-casting machines
I am Purchasing Manager from a big wholesale and production company in Ukraine. We make hardware for PVC doors and windows.
We have several cold-chamber and hot-chamber die-casting machines at our production site. We are looking for reliable manufacturer for the water-cooling air-chillers for those machines.
What we need:
1- Air-cooled chiller for water cooling.
2- Cooling capacity 180-200 kW.
3- Water temprature at inlet +17C.
3- Water temprature at outlet +12C.
4- Ambient temperature +33 (rated temperature -10 --- +33C).
5- Condensation point (temperature) +45C.
6- Boling point - 7.The chiller shall be equiped with:
1. Receiver .
2. Condensing pressure controller.
3. Oil separation system.
4. Condensing pressure adjustment system.
5. Flow control relay.
6. Evaporator shall be shell-and-tube type.
7. Condenser - copper tubes, please let me know heat exchange area, and fan airflow.
8. System which will help to start the chiller when the outside temperature is below 0C.
9. Compressor shall be semihermetic (screw type or piston type).
