Australian customer purchased 2 sets of 24kw water heating mold temperature control machines for extrusion blow molding machines. They currently operate with chilled water at 6 degrees Celsius. In summer, this causes condensation on our moulds and products, causing us to shut down (stop the machine to clean moulds and condensation cavities). If we increase the temperature of the extrusion blow molding machine to +- 17 degrees Celsius, it will eliminate condensation.
