1- Air-cooled chillers for water cooling.
2- The cooling capacity is 180-200 kilowatts.
3- The water temperature at the entrance is +17C.
3- The water temperature at the outlet is +12C.
4- Ambient temperature +33 (rated temperature -10 --- +33C).
5- Condensing point (temperature) +45C.











Application for Air-cooled screw-type industrial chillers:
Air-cooled screw-type industrial chillers are widely used in medical, biological, chemical, laser, metallurgy, equipment manufacturing, electroplating, plastic processing, and other industries. Since the source of heat exchange is air and the equipment has a dedicated fan, it is called "air-cooled". It also got this name because of the screw compression molding machine.


Working principle for Air-cooled screw-type industrial chillers: 
The air-cooled screw chiller comes out of the evaporator as a gas refrigerant; after adiabatic compression by the compressor, it becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure state. The compressed gas refrigerant is cooled and condensed at equal pressure in the condenser, and then changes into a liquid refrigerant after condensation, and then expands to low pressure through a throttle valve and becomes a gas-liquid mixture. Among them, the liquid refrigerant under low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the substance to be cooled in the evaporator and becomes a gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline to start a new cycle. These are the four processes of the refrigeration cycle. It is also the main working principle of screw chiller
