The air cooled glycol chiller must be able to cool both 100L conical fermentor (with cooling jacket, 80mm PUR isolation) and 100L cooling jacket brite tank to -2 degrees Celsius in less than 12 hours. Ambient temperature 25-35 degrees Celsius. Liquid temperature 25 degrees Celsius. The liquid is beer or wine.
